Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the MrPayUSA website or applying for a payment plan. By using our services, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Overview

MrPayUSA ("we," "us," or "our") provides lease-to-own and payment plan financing options for appliances and home goods. By accessing our website or submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, applicants, and customers.

2. Eligibility

To apply for a payment plan, you must be at least 18 years of age, a resident of a state we serve, and able to provide valid identification and verifiable income. Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to verification of identity, credit review, and other eligibility criteria.

3. Application & Approval

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. MrPayUSA reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion. Approved customers will be notified of their approved amount and payment terms prior to completing a purchase. A down payment of up to 10% may be required at the time of purchase.

4. Payment Plans & Fees

Payment terms range from weekly to monthly options with terms available up to 18 months. A $29.95 processing fee will be applied upon execution of a new contract; this fee is in addition to the purchase price and is non-refundable. All payment amounts, schedules, and total costs will be disclosed in your contract before signing.

5. 90-Day Same-As-Cash Option

If the total cost of ownership is paid in full within 90 days of contract execution, no additional lease fees apply beyond the purchase price and processing fee. Failure to pay in full within 90 days will result in the standard payment plan terms taking effect.

6. Early Payoff

Customers may pay off their balance early. Early payoff discounts are available — a 25% discount on the remaining balance may apply, subject to a minimum of 3 months of payments having been made. Contact us for your specific early payoff amount.

7. Nature of Agreement

MrPayUSA offers lease-to-own and payment plan financing — not a traditional loan or credit card. Different terms and conditions apply. This is not a credit agreement governed by the Truth in Lending Act. Please review your contract carefully before signing.

8. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not use this site to transmit any harmful, offensive, or unauthorized content. We reserve the right to terminate access to any user who violates these terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of MrPayUSA or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

MrPayUSA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to MrPayUSA in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
